"I’ve come across this site and, although I usually don’t write reviews, I would like to say a few words about Daniel Paul Residential. I’ve been their tenant for nearly two years now and have nothing but praise for them. Before I moved in, they painted and decorated the flat, and also wet-cleaned the carpet with a machine. Once I moved in they sent their handyman to fix small things that needed to be fixed. After a year or so I had problem with the boiler. They sent in an engineer straight away, and as the boiler could not be fixed they installed a new one. Since then I had one or two small things to be fixed, and they responded promptly as usual by sending a specialist to fix them. As I said, I have nothing but praise for Daniel Paul Residential and would recommend them to anyone without a hesitation. I would like to thank Nigel, Gabby and Danny for looking after me and the flat, and Nigel in particular who is my primary contact with the agency and who has been always helpful and understanding. "
