There will be a cleaner for the communal areas twice a month. You will need to clean the communall areas once every 12 months, which is around 4 times a year or pay the cleaning lady £30 to do the cleaning on your behalf. 

The house is very clean and quiet, we are looking for someone who is not going to change that.
