Daniel is a director and joint founder (with his brother Paul) of Daniel Paul Residential. Over the last 17 years he has been involved on a day to day basis in growing this company to its present day status. The company started trading at 236 Northfield Avenue in February 1997, and has enjoyed continued success with the same professional approach to its clients, since day one. Away from the office, Daniel enjoys socialising, playing tennis and is a keen football fan, particularly enjoying visiting Loftus Road to watch QPR on a Saturday afternoon.
Nigel was born, raised and educated in Bulgaria and came to London in 1999. Nigel joined Daniel Paul in July 2007 and has brought his own understanding personality to his role. Nigel is a people person and is adept at putting people at ease with his property expertise and market knowledge. He regularly goes beyond the call of duty in order to help out when a stressful situation arises. Nigel is a devoted family man with 2 children, but when time allows he is also a car enthusiast and enjoys following the Formula 1 racing circuit, cycling and playing table tennis.
Gabby was born and raised in south west Bulgaria and, after completing her studies, decided to pursue her interest in real estate in London. Gabby joined Daniel Paul in June 2007 and has worked hard to combine her role as a working mum and dedicated team player to good effect. Gabby ensures that our in house referencing and tenant registration is kept up to a high standard.
Martin joined Daniel Paul in February 2015 and has had previous experience working for large corporate companies. Martin looks after the social media side and makes sure Daniel Paul has a professional looking online presence in this ever increasing internet world. Martin is pleased to have joined the family company and is looking to bring in his own ideas and to eventually put his own stamp on the company history. Outside of work, Martin enjoys visiting the gym and following Chelsea football club.
