• Pay holding deposit
• Complete tenants application form
• Receive terms of offer and receipt for holding deposit payment
• Acceptance of references
• Pay the balance of the 5 weeks deposit (full deposit minus holding deposit)
• Pay the first month's rent
• Set up standing order for future rent payments.
